The upcoming Saturday social will focus on creating a space for women to share coping strategies in today's self-employed world. We are thrilled to partner with Laura from Studio Design and Jenny from Well Therapy for this special event.

Art therapy offers a multitude of benefits, including aiding in problem-solving, enhancing relationships, discovering deeper life meanings, fostering a sense of accomplishment, and gaining a better understanding of personal challenges. Similar to art, these advantages can have a lasting impact and are something I am eager to introduce to the women of the Saturday social. I aim to show them the positive effects on mental health and provide tools to manage triggers in our daily lives.
